Grace is a difficult concept to grasp since it runs counter to the ways of the every-day world. We expect equal pay for equal work. We have rules and pay scales in place for workers to be treated fairly. This is all good. However, even though God does reward hard work, He also shows special favor to people as He chooses. This may seem unfair, but then, that's what grace is. It's not fair! It's grace.

He said if you wanted to be great or be first in His kingdom you had to become a servant to all, just as He was. So what are some things we can do to become servants and become great in the kingdom? They might surprise you.
